Do you love fudge but don’t know how to make it? Well, you are in luck as I have an awesome and easy fudge recipe for you to try! 
3 cups semi sweet chocolate chips
1 can Eagle Brand Condensed milk (you can use the light version if you prefer)
A dash of salt
1 ½ teaspoon vanilla
½ cup chopped nuts, optional
Melt the chocolate chips and then stir in the Eagle Brand milk, salt, vanilla and nuts. Spread into a 8 x8 pan which has been lined with wax paper. Then place it in the fridge for two hours until it is fully chilled and is firm. Turn onto a cutting board and peel off the waxed paper and cut into squares.
One of the most important things with this recipe is to not burn the chocolate chips. There are two methods to melt the chocolate chips and neither one of them is very difficult. You can create a double boiler on the stove by taking a bowl and placing it over a pot of boiling water. Stir until the chocolate chips are all melted and then add the rest of the ingredients. If you do not want to use this method, then you can place the bowl in the microwave. I recommend placing it on half heat for two minutes at a time until the chips are fully melted.
Just like any recipe, feel free to substitute whatever you would like to suit your tastes. You could try different flavours of chocolate or you might experience with different kinds of nuts.
